Terms of Use
This English version is provided for convenience; the Hebrew version of these terms is the one that is legally binding. Last updated: August 2026. Use of exr-racing.co.il and EXR Racing's services is subject to the terms below.
1. Pricing
All prices shown on this site - including on the pricing page, product pages, articles and guides - are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. Prices may change without prior notice, depending on the car, track, duration, season and availability. The final, binding price is confirmed with a representative at the time of actual booking (via WhatsApp or phone), not before.
2. Booking process
The site does not offer direct online checkout. Every booking is arranged personally with an EXR representative (primarily via WhatsApp), and is subject to final confirmation, date availability and terms agreed with the representative. Listing a product or experience on this site, in a guide, or on a third-party platform (such as Groo, MAX and similar) does not commit EXR to completing the transaction on those terms alone.
3. Cancellations and weather
Draft - to be completed by EXR management: the exact cancellation policy (notice periods, refund percentages, weather-related policy) will be published here. Until updated, cancellation terms will be provided to the customer at booking.
4. Safety and risk in motorsport activity
Draft - legal review strongly recommended before relying on this section: driving sports cars on a race track or mountain road carries inherent physical risk. The participant confirms that they take part in the activity of their own free will, after receiving an explanation and safety briefing, and subject to the certified instructor's guidance. The activity is carried out under the terms detailed at booking. The limits of liability and the full waiver (if any) will be provided to the customer in writing before the activity begins.
5. Use of photos and video
Draft - pending EXR management approval: as a rule, video and photo documentation created during the experience is provided to the customer. EXR may use this documentation for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the customer states otherwise in advance.
